As mentioned in his post-race article after finishing 4th at Lingfield last Thursday, Cast No Shadow is set to be officially entered tomorrow in next Friday's 17:50 Class 5 Novice Stakes at Newcastle.

Trainer Hugo Palmer had this race on his mind straight away after Cast No Shadow showed plenty signs of improvement on just his second start for the club, and he believes the straight five furlongs at the track should suit Cast No Shadow well.
