Hey Day Baby working well at home ahead of planned return at Market Rasen
We’ve had her thoroughly checked over by the vets and it’s something she hasn’t done at home since her last run.
We’ve been really happy with her for the last couple of weeks, she’s working well and as always, schools well over fences, so we can now plan her next run. Because she ran so well at Market Rasen, we’re going to enter her for a race over the same course and distance there on Thursday 14th November.
It might not be the case, but we’re keen to take her back there as it could be the course just really suits her style of running, doesn’t put her under undue stress, and that means she can show her best form, but as I say, there are no guarantees of that happening. What we know is, she’s in great form at home, she could be well handicapped, and Ben Macey gets on well with her and will be on board again.
