We're set to kick off the New Year with a runner in the first full week of 2026, as Phoenix Of Dreams make the trip to Southwell on Tuesday night for his next appearance.

Phoenix Of Dreams made his return to the track last month, following a short break after having wind surgery in mid-November and he is now set to head back out on the course again, as he looks to add a second win to his record. After a two month layoff, and the wind operation that occurred during it, Phoenix Of Dreams was likely to need a run to get a level of sharpness back into himself, which was evident in his performance last time out. He was never likely to be off the track for long following that run at Southwell in December and trainers, John & Sean Quinn, have found a suitable run for him to take on, back at the Nottinghamshire track this Tuesday.
